The main school office is open and manned from 8.00 am – 4.30 pm. Where phone
calls are made outside of these hours please leave a message which will be picked
up once the office reopens the next school day.
If you need to contact your child during the school day, for any reason, please contact
the office directly and we will ensure that messages are passed on as required.
Alternatively you may wish to make contact via the school admin address which is firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate clearly the name of your child, form class and who the message is for.
If your child is ill, we request that you contact school before 9.00 am on the day of absence and leave a message stating the the reason for your child’s absence. If this does not happen you will be contacted either by text or telephone by our Home School Link Worker usually before 10.00 am. This is an important part of our safeguarding procedures.
